Lukashists Open Criminal Case Against BPR Rada

The regime did not like that the organization denied its legitimacy.

The Prosecutor General's Office has opened a number of criminal cases against the BPR Rada, Head of the department for supervision over the implementation of state security legislation Valer Shulyak told reporters, BelTA reports. Now everyone involved in the organization is being identified.

Criminal cases, according to the Prosecutor General's Office, were sent to the chairman of the KGB to organize a preliminary investigation, identify and bring to justice all persons involved in the activities of the specified formation (wherever they are: both abroad and on the territory of Belarus).

The Rada of the BPR in a message from the Prosecutor General's Office is called a “pro-Nazi extremist formation” whose activities are “based both in the past and currently on the denial of the existence of a sovereign Belarusian state.”
