Data for facilities in Moscow and St. Petersburg revealed.
The addresses of secret intelligence facilities in Moscow and St. Petersburg were found in the public domain in Russia. The list of the GUR (Russian Defence Intelligence) buildings and addresses of the Federal Security Service (FSO) is indicated in the document “Special Group” as a list of blackout-protected buildings.
RBC-Ukraine reported with reference to the Dossier Center.
Participants in the project, which was launched by Russian oppositionist Mikhail Khodorkovsky, published data with the Moscow and St. Petersburg addresses of the GRU officers and the secret service of dictator Vladimir Putin and other information.
The authors show a list that was published on the city administrations’ websites. It covers a number of “top-secret” government facilities and houses that belong to the intelligence services, as well as ammunition depots, secret bases, military units, etc.
“How can you find out where Russia’s most secret departments are hidden in Moscow, where military units are based in Primorye, or where additional border posts have been established in the Bryansk region? It’s easy to find the information on the official websites of all the Russian regional administrations. There is a document with the indigestible title ‘List of Especially Sensible Electric Energy (Power) Consumers Due to High Risks of Drastic Economic, Environmental or Social Consequences’,” the article reads.
The file itself is listed under the name “Special Group”. The 434-page document was signed by the head of the Housing and Utility Department, Vyacheslav Torsunov, and the CEO at the Mosenergosbyt Company, and it was approved by the Mayor of the Russian capital city, Sergei Sobyanin.
The Dossier Center noted that the largest concentration of such objects is in the Serebryany Bor area, and most of the addresses on the list are assigned to the FSO.
