Andrei Sharenda: Tsikhanovskaya’s Office Recommends Political Prisoners To Dance To Lukashenka’s Tune

The “One Window” service operates in the interests of the dictator.

Activist of the European Belarus civil campaign, husband of political prisoner Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk Andrei Sharenda criticized the “One Window” project launched by Sviatlana Tsikhanovskaya’s “cabinet”:

— The “One Window” service from Sviatlana Tsikhanovskaya’s office has started working.

Some noticed the soviet name and the fundamental absence of the Belarusian language in this “service”.

But personally, I was immediately stunned by the section where political prisoners and their relatives are given recommendations and advice on how to apply for a “pardon” to the dictator.

Moreover, unambiguous “advice” is given to political prisoners and their relatives to humiliate themselves and be sure to write a “petition for clemency” and then hope for the best...

The “One Window” service from Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s office strongly recommends that political prisoners and their relatives go and dance to the dictator’s tune.

Let me remind you that the dictatorial regime, through bullying, achieves exactly the same thing from political prisoners.

And it is for refusing to do this that my wife Palina and thousands of other political prisoners are being tortured and killed in Lukashenka’s prisons.
