Zelensky Unexpectedly Fired Four Deputy Commanders Of National Guard

What is the reason?
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has conducted changes in the leadership of the National Guard, dismissing four deputy commanders and appointing new ones to their posts. This is stated in the text of the relevant decrees published on the website of the Ukrainian president.
The following were relieved from their posts as deputy commanders of the National Guard:
Mykola Mykolenko,
Oleh Sakhon,
Oleksandr Nabok,
Volodymyr Kondratyuk.
Lieutenant General Kondratyuk previously served as first deputy and chief of staff.
The following persons were appointed to the new positions:
Oleksiy Osipenko,
Oleksandr Bilous,
Vadym Hladkov.
Vadym Hladkov became the new first deputy commander of the National Guard.
In accordance with the Law “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, the military-political and administrative leadership of the National Guard is carried out by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The commander of the National Guard, who is the head of the main body of the military command, exercises direct military leadership.
President Zelensky made these personnel decisions within the framework of his powers. The reasons for the dismissal and appointment of new leaders of the National Guard were not announced.
