ISW: Headquarters Of Russian Dnipro Defeated By Storm Shadow And Neptun Missiles

New details of the AFU attack on the Arabatskaya Strelka.

On 1 November, the Ukrainian military attacked the headquarters of the Russian Dnipro group, located on Arabatskaya Strelka near Strelkove, with rockets. As a result, two residents were killed and three others wounded.

Analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have analysed the situation surrounding the AFU attack on Dnipro.

Z-publik Rybar writes that the AFU fired Neptune anti-ship missiles and British Storm Shadow missiles at Strelkove.

Allegedly, the Russian air defence system managed to intercept only 50% of the missiles, while the rest reached their target. The newly appointed commander of the Dnipro Group, Colonel General Mikhail Teplinsky, was reportedly unhurt.

The strike itself hit the Aura recreation centre in the village of Strelkove. This was the Dnipro command centre. Four missiles hit the target, causing an intense fire.

It is known that two high-ranking residents were liquidated and three others were hospitalised in one of the hospitals.

The identities of those killed and wounded have not yet been established.

Recently, following the failure of the operation to contain the AFU on the right bank of the Kherson region, the Russian Ministry of Defence decided to dismiss Makarevich and appoint Colonel-General Teplinsky in his place.
