Fate Of Russian Combat Aircraft In Belarus Unveiled

The Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed the details.

Russia has 1,500 combat aircraft and strategic aviation helicopters. At the same time, the Russian Federation concentrated about 30-40 aircraft at air bases in Belarus.

This was announced by the speaker of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Yury Ihnat in an interview with Dmitry Gordon.

“Combat aircraft rarely fly out of Belarus, but they still do. In Russia, almost every city has a military airfield, in the Crimea there are about five airfields,” noted the speaker of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ihnat also listed the main combat aircraft in the arsenal of the Russian Ministry of Defense:

Tu-22 M3;

Tu-95;

Tu-60;

Su-24;

MiG-29;

Su-30;

Su-27;

Su-34;

Su-35;

Su-25;

helicopters Ka-52, Mi-24, Mi-28.
