New Photos Of 'Novocherkassk' Landing Ship Taken Immediately After Missile Hit

The fire on vessel was extinguished both from the shore and from a tugboat.

New photos of what was left of the large landing ship Novocherkassk after its defeat in the port of temporarily occupied Feodosiya have appeared in the network. Missiles launched by Ukrainian pilots turned the Russian Black Sea Fleet ship into a pile of iron.

They continued to extinguish it even in the evening of December 26 - both from the shore and from a tugboat. The photo was published by the "Crimean wind" Telegram-channel.

"Last night they were still extinguishing the "Novocherkassk", both from the shore and from the tugboat MB-304 of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. Pay attention to the pile of iron in the water - this is the former large landing ship," noted the message.

We remind you that the explosions were heard in the occupied Feodosiya and the AFU hit the ship "Novocherkassk", it became known about 3 am on December 26.

In the morning, the destruction of the Novocherkassk, which could have been carrying a batch of Shaheds, was confirmed by the Ukrainian Air Force. As it turned out, Russian air defences missed two Storm Shadow missiles.

By the evening of December 26, it became known that satellite images confirmed the destruction of two Russian ships in Feodosiya.
