The dictator is on a visit to China.

Dictator Aliaksandr Lukashenka will be on a working visit to the People's Republic of China on December 3-4, the usurper’s Press Service reports.

Lukashenka will hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing. “Issues of trade, economic, investment and international cooperation will be discussed,” according to the Press Service. His agenda also includes “several social and humanitarian events.”
