Natallia Dulina, a former associate professor at the Minsk State Linguistic University, has been sentenced to 3.5 years in the penal colony. This was reported by Nasha Niva. The trial was held behind closed doors.
Natallia Dulina was tried under two articles. One charge was under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code for facilitation of extremist activity. She was detained in October last year.
Then it was reported that the reason was an interview with a resource recognized as an "extremist formation". Another charge was brought under Article 342 part 1 ("Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them").
