AFU Wear Out Russians In Bakhmut To Make Surprising Breakthrough Elsewhere

Counteroffensive will start in two months.

The counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will take place in two months, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, said.

As he stresseS in an interview with the Italian La Stampa, preparations for the counteroffensive are continuing today.

"We are in no hurry. We will reorganize within the next two months," the interlocutor noted.

At that, the representative of the Office of the President of Ukraine specified that the AFU needed additional weapons and ammunition for successful action.

"We need an increased supply of heavy artillery shells of 155 mm caliber," he explained.

At the same time, the adviser to the OP head hinted that the main direction of the AFU counteroffensive is not expected to be near Bakhmut.

"We will wear out the Russians in Bakhmut, and then concentrate elsewhere," Podolyak added.
