Massive Fire Breaks Out Near Moscow

The factory roof collapsed.

A large fire broke out in the village of Kolyubakino, Moscow Region of the Russian Federation. It is reported that the plastic manufacturing plant caught fire.

“The fire engulfed the roof of a plastic production shop in the Moscow region covering an area of 5,000 square meters, followed by a collapse of the roof,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.

It is also noted that there are no reports of casualties yet. 55 people and 17 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. As of 1:30 am Kyiv time, the fire has not yet been localized.

Earlier, it was reported that a fire broke out in the main building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the center of Moscow, on Petrovka. Building materials caught fire on the third floor of the building.
