Two AFU Shots Destroy Armored Column of Russian Paratroopers Near Avdiivka

The occupants jumped out of their vehicles and fled after the first strike.

Soldiers of the 53rd AMBR of the AFU published a video showing a battle with a column of armored vehicles of the Russian army. The occupants were advancing near Avdiivka, but stopped after the first strike of the Ukrainian artillery.

The information was released on the official Facebook page of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade named after Duke Vladimir Monomakh.

The first footage shows the column of three armored vehicles in a field road in Donetsk Oblast:

tanks - 1 pc;

BMPs - 2 pcs.

The drone shows how the first AFU shell hits the enemy tank.

The convoy stops instantly: one can see Russian soldiers scattering in panic.

It is notable that three armored vehicles stopped at once - the forest area was blackened by the "brave" Russian paratroopers.

A second shell explodes on the road between the tank and the nearest BMP.

Meanwhile, the tank stopped smoking and caught fire: it looks like the detonation of the BC has started.

The last images of the footage show the panorama of the terrain: one can see hits behind the column, which was under a massive attack of Ukrainian artillery.

The authors of the video - fighters of the 53rd Brigade - assure that the Russian paratroopers did not manage to get far. There is hope that the Russian Federation lost at least three tank crewmen and about two dozen paratroopers moving in BMPs.

The report does not specify where exactly the Russian convoy was hit. Two factors can be taken into account to navigate to the scene:

First, one of the brigade's latest videos was taken near Avdiivka (coordinates 48.110168, 37.683090);

Second, the terrain in the last footage looks like the intersection of several wooded areas not far from the site of the previous battle.

So, the possible location where the Russian Army's armored car convoy was shelled is 4 km southwest of Avdiivka, 2 km northeast of Vodyane.

The DeepState battle map shows that the specified area is allegedly under the control of the Russian army but within reach of Ukrainian artillery.
