Medical Device Spotted On Kadyrov's Finger

New rumours about the Chechen president's illness have been fuelled by new evidence.

A medical device has been noticed on the finger of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov. Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian interior minister, pointed this out on his Telegram.

The device is clearly seen on a video of Kadyrov meeting with the head of the Donetsk terrorists, Denis Pushilin, who is visiting Chechnya.

"We can assume that it is a portable monitor for continuous monitoring of pulse and blood oxygen levels. The pulse oximeter is connected to a smartphone and beeps if the set parameters go down. The monitoring is continuous and especially close during sleep," writes Gerashchenko.

The German newspaper of Bild reported that Chechen President Kadyrov had serious problems with his kidneys.
