Minsk City Authorities Collected Three Times More Fines Than Planned

They’ve collected about $10.5 million.

Minsk city budget received 30 million 763.800 Belarusian rubles (almost $10.5 million) in the form of fines in 2022. However, they planned to collect 11 million 53.900 rubles. The National Legal Internet Portal published an indicative report online.

In total, the city treasury collected 7 billion 385.5 million Belarusian rubles, and spent 7 billion 257.8 million. The surplus amounted to 127.7 million.

The largest assets came from the income and profit taxes - 5.79 billion rubles instead of the planned 5.43 billion, as well as the tax on goods (works, services) - 433.24 million rubles instead of the planned 476.55 million.
