Vilnius To Host ‘Chernobyl Way’ Action

The main slogan is “No to nuclear weapons in Belarus”.

In the year of the 37th anniversary of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, Belarusian opposition parties, activists of independent public organizations, representatives of the diaspora in Vilnius will hold a traditional action “Chernobyl Way”.

This was reported to Charter97.org by the organizers of the action from the Belarusian-Lithuanian fund “Dapamoga”.

The main slogan this year will be “No to nuclear weapons in Belarus”.

Vilnius, April 26, 6.00 pm. Meeting place — Lukiškės Square

6.00-6.45 pm — rally

6.45-7.30 pm — procession to the Russian Embassy

7.30-8.00 pm — speeches, presentation of the resolution.
