'Head Of ROVD Says His Subordinates Take Care Of Her Health'

Police continue to control former political prisoners.

A Charter97.org reader recounted how the police "take care" of former political prisoners.

"I met my acquaintance Anna, a pensioner, the other day. At the end of 2020, the "most humane court" sentenced her for two words on Facebook to 2 years of restricted freedom. While she was serving her so-called "home arrest", the police constantly visited her and monitored her even in the middle of the night.

The pensioner wrote a letter to the head of the police, asking why they kept coming:

"The head of the police department even replied. The head of the police department even deigned to reply. He said his subordinates were taking care of her health in this way", the reader wrote.
