Erdogan Not Appearing In Public After Becoming Sick During Live Broadcast

Opposition media are reporting that the Turkish head of state has had a heart attack.

Turkey's head of state Recep Tayyip Erdogan is not appearing in public after he became unwell during a live broadcast.

Erdogan has cancelled all campaign rallies and also postponed joining by video link the nuclear fuel delivery ceremony at Akkuyu NPP, which was expected today.

Opposition media reported that after the live broadcast incident, social networks started claiming that President Erdoğan had a heart attack, an ambulance arrived on the scene immediately and Erdoğan was taken to a nearby hospital.
