Denmark Detects Russian Special Boat at Nord Stream Explosion Site

The Russian SS-750 vessel was captured by a Danish patrol boat.

The Danish Defence Ministry says a Danish boat has captured on camera a Russian SS-750 special vessel near the explosion site of the Nord Stream pipeline. The ship had been spotted in the area four days before the incident.

This was reported by Information. The Defence Ministry reports that photos of the Russian special vessel will not be made public as they are related to reconnaissance work and have a reconnaissance nature.

A Danish patrol boat spotted the Russian special vessel SS-750 near Nord Stream four days before the pipeline exploded. The ship is designed for underwater operations and is equipped with a mini-submarine type AS-26 "Priz". Photos of the vessel were taken east of Borngolm on September 22, 2022.

Notably, the Russian Defence Ministry's website published photos of the Russian special vessel SS-750, which was spotted by a Danish boat near the Nord Stream pipeline explosion site. For their part, Danish defence officials say they cannot show their photos of the ship due to their reconnaissance nature.
