Ukrainian Armed Forces Hit Occupier's Airfield In Berdyansk

The Ukrainian military have also destroyed a Russian base in Melitopol.
On April 30, residents of occupied Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhia Region, reported several explosions which could be heard from quite a long distance. It later became known about a strike on the occupier's base in Melitopol.
The information was published on a number of local public pages and confirmed by the Russian occupation authorities, stopcor.org notes.
The Russian representative in Zaporizhzhia region, Rogov, confirmed on his personal public page that the explosions did take place and that they took place in different parts of the city. He promised to disclose details later.
The first reports of the explosions appeared online around 10pm. It was claimed that there were 2-3 of them in Berdyansk, while people 20 km to the west - in Primorsk - assured that they heard 3-4.
Mariupol mayor's adviser Petro Andryushchenko said that, according to his information, the local airfield in Berdyansk had been hit by shells of unknown origin.
Later, it became known about explosions in occupied Melitopol. A shell hit the base of a Russian army unit, the Hunter's Raval hotel. A video shot at the scene showed the total destruction of the building and fire.
The distance from Melitopol to the front line is about 80km.
