People were spotted nearby when a drone exploded over the dome of the Senate Palace in the Kremlin, writes New Voice.

CNN suggests that the people on the roof were reacting to the fire caused by the first drone. Preliminary it is known that the drones flew towards the Kremlin from different directions - the first exploded over the Senate Palace, after which a fire broke out on the roof. The second drone exploded about 15 minutes later in the air above the Kremlin.

Judging by the video of the explosion, people were climbing the dome and seated down when they spotted the drone. The VChK-OGPU telegram channel, citing "eyewitnesses", claimed that there were "people on duty on rooftops near the Kremlin with weapons to destroy the drones".
