Baskov, Leps Promise To Pay One Million For Every Eliminated Leopard Tank

Other Russian singers and propagandists have joined the initiative.

At one of the events of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, singer Nikolai Baskov said he was ready to pay a million rubles for a Leopard or Leopard-2 tank hit in Ukraine.

Baskov was joined by another pro-Putin Russian performer Grigory Leps, who supports the invasion of Ukraine.

"Anything we can do for our Soviet army, sorry, the Russian army, we will do from our hearts. If we can sing, we will sing there. If we can make some kind of monetary reward to our fighters, we will do it," Leps said.

According to "Fontanka", singer Yury Antonov, singer Elena Sever, owner of the Russian Media Group Vladimir Kiselev and TV presenter Yulia Baranovskaya have also joined the initiative of Baskov and Leps.
