Almost two weeks after the terrorist act committed by the Russian invaders at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant in the Kherson region, the monstrous consequences of a war crime are being discovered. According to preliminary data, more than 500 civilians died as a result of a terrorist attack in the city of Oleshki on the left bank of the Kherson region.
It is worth noting that the Russian troops refused to evacuate the local residents. It is reported by obozrevatel.com with reference to the National Resistance Center (NRC).

According to the NRC, the Russian occupiers were engaged in partial evacuation - only people with so-called Russian passports were taken out of the flood zone. In fact, the Russians left hundreds of Ukrainians to die, including for refusing to receive false passports from the terrorist state, the Russian Federation.

“Russians in the temporarily occupied territories did not evacuate people who did not have a Russian passport. Violating all the regulations of international humanitarian law and ordinary human values, the Russians simply doomed the locals to death,” the message reads.
The actions of Russian terrorists in relation to the Ukrainian civilians have all the signs of genocide, and everyone who is involved in the abuse of Ukrainians must be punished justly.
