The FSB is holding the Russian general in a place for "special" interrogations.
A source of the Russian VChK-OGPU telegram channel has revealed where Russian General Sergei Surovikin, who was detained on suspicion of involvement in the Yevgeny Prigozhin rebellion, may be being kept.
"It is difficult to say where Surovikin is being kept. It could also be in his office, so his relatives are not actually cheating. However, the Russian Federal Security Service has a special detention facility for such people. It is a mansion in Serebryany Bor, known as the house of authority Sylvester," said the VChK-OGPU source.
As Charter97.org wrote, yesterday the Financial Times, citing anonymous sources, reported that Surovikin has been detained after the failed Prigozhin mutiny, and the Kremlin regime has begun a mop-up of the top security officials.
The Moscow Times, citing two sources close to the aggressor country's defence ministry, claimed that Surovikin had been arrested.
The New York Times, citing several sources, wrote that according to the US intelligence services, Surovikin knew in advance about Prigozhin's preparations for the mutiny. The Dossier Center wrote that "back in 2017" Surovikin was an honorary member of the Wagner PMC.
