Pavel Seviarynets Was Found In Hrodna Prison

He was transferred there from Shklou.

One of the leaders of the Belarusian opposition Pavel Seviarynets was found in a prison in Hrodna. His wife Olha writes about this on Facebook:

“We don’t know anything about the course of this transfer from Shklou about Pasha’s condition, but he is alive, this is the main thing.

Pavel Seviarynets was detained in the summer of 2020. In May 2021, he and six other political prisoners from the European Belarus Civil Campaign were sentenced to 4-7 years in prison in a closed trial. Pavel was among those who received the longest sentence term.
