A new military rebellion is brewing in Russia, the threat of which greatly frightens the Kremlin and the leadership of the RF Ministry of Defense. Moreover, the new rebellion could be much more dangerous than Prigozhin's mutiny, as it will probably affect the combat generals of the army who are in the combat zone in Ukraine. Their action against the Russian authorities will have much more dire consequences for the Kremlin.

The report notes that the “spontaneous demarche” with the assistance of Gurulev “begins to take on the outline of a chain of events within the framework of the corresponding plan.”

According to incoming information, after Prigozhin's military uprising was suppressed, the Russian Ministry of Defense imposed a complete taboo on reporting problems of the Russian army at the front. However, the critical speech of General Popov, who came into conflict with Gerasimov, set off a chain reaction among Russian officers to refuse to obey the current head of the General Staff. In turn, this caused a backlash in the form of the removal of key Russian commanders on the front in Ukraine, which could lead to a loss of control of the army.

The report noted that at the moment Gerasimov's resignation is not considered, as this may demonstrate the weakness of the Kremlin. However, the rebellious generals are intimidated in an attempt to contain the spread of uncomfortable information about the situation on the front lines.
