The main players that may be involved in a new rebellion against Russian President Vladimir Putin are the army, the National Guard, law enforcement agencies and private armies.

Opposition politician, former deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Dmitry Gudkov told this to TSN.

When answering about possible participants in a new rebellion against Putin, Gudkov noted that the business elite also hates the dictator.

“Anyone, it’s useless to guess (we are talking about possible participation in a new rebellion — edit.). We did not expect this from Prigozhin. Obviously, those who have power structures, private armies: Kadyrov, Prigozhin, someone may appear from the bowels of the Ministry of Defense, there may be a split, plus the FSB and private armies. There will be some kind of showdown between them,” Gudkov said.

In business circles, according to the politician, the head of the Kremlin is only tolerated.

“We are ready for now, because it is too dangerous to swim against the current now. Especially in business circles, people hate Putin — he ruined their lives, put them under sanctions. Everyone understands that there is a long-term destruction of the Russian economy. But acting against Putin now, before a revolutionary situation sets in, is too dangerous. But in a situation when the clans collide with each other, everything is possible,” added Gudkov.
