Ukrainian Forces Eliminated Group Of Kadyrovites Near Bakhmut On Zaluzhny’s Big Birthday

The 28th Brigade defeated the occupiers near Klishchiivka.

The 28th Knights of the Winter Campaign Brigade prepared an original gift for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny near Bakhmut.

There, Ukrainian soldiers defeated a group of the Kadyrovites.

The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksiy Goncharenko informed on the morning of July 8.

“Gifts were sent for the Commander-in-Chief’s birthday: Knights from the 28th Vrigade ‘roasted’ a group of Kadyrov’s tiktokers near Klishchiivka. A good replenishment came to Kobzon’s concert. Dealing with the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not like making TikTok videos," the people's deputy said.

The village of Klishchiivka is located on the southern flank of Bakhmut. The Ukrainian forces recently took control of an important height there that allowed them to gain control over the southern part of the city. There is heavy fighting for the village. Russian and Ukrainian media reported some Russian troops retreated from the village.

On the evening of July 7, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Bakhmutsky Demon, reported on the “great intensity of the fighting for Klishchiivka”, specifying that the settlement was almost liberated.

“It’s not under full control yet. However, this is a matter of time,” the fighter added on the morning of July 8.
