A massive fire has broken out in Russia's Moscow region. This time a warehouse near one of the residential complexes caught fire in Odintsovo near Moscow.
It happened around 23:00 on Thursday, August 10. Russian propaganda channels published footage showing that the fire at the site is very strong, it was visible from kilometres away, reports obozrevatel.com.
According to locals, huge clouds of smoke were visible from all over Odintsovo.
As Russian Telegram resources write, allegedly a warehouse in the area of the Odingrad housing estate was burning.
According to the propagandists' revised data, a warehouse with an area of 2,000 square metres on Zelenaya Street burst into flames. Preliminarily, there are no casualties.
"Local residents heard sounds similar to explosions. The glow from the fire and smoke can be seen several kilometres away. Emergencies Ministry employees arrived on the spot. There is no information about casualties," Russian telegram channels reported.
Later, propagandists said that the building engulfed in flames allegedly housed warehouses of two logistics companies and an organisation for accepting recyclable materials. It also housed "warehouses of a company that sells beer."
Because of the fire, the roof and ceiling completely collapsed, Russian media reported. It is also known about the victim - it is a local watchman who jumped from the 2nd floor to escape the flames.
The day before, a drone flying in the direction of Moscow was shot down over the territory of Odintsovo district of Moscow Region.
