Drones Attack Moscow

Flights were delayed in Vnukovo and Domodedovo.

On Monday, August 28, Moscow was attacked by UAVs, Telegram channels reported that the drones were shot down near the helicopter factory.

According to the Astra Telegram channel, a UAV was shot down five kilometres from the Moscow Helicopter Plant in Lyubertsy in Moscow Region.

According to local residents, the drone was shot down near Korenevo (Kraskovo). This place is five kilometres from the Moscow Helicopter Plant named after Mikhail Mil. It is located in Tomilino (Lyubertsy).

In addition, flights were delayed at Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports. The "Cover" plan was announced at Vnukovo.

The Moscow Helicopter Plant named after Mikhail Mil is engaged in development and research work, design, construction and testing of prototype helicopters. The plant supervises the introducing of new models and modifications of Mi helicopters into serial production.
