Liberation Of Andriivka: Unique Close-Quarters Combat Footage From GoPro Camera

The fighters of the 3rd Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces showed how they knocked out the Russians.

The third separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces showed severe battles for Andriivka in the Donetsk region, which the fighters managed to liberate from the Russians.

The crews published unique GoPro footage on the Telegram channel. The video captures the offensive actions of soldiers of the 3rd company of the 1st assault battalion of the brigade.

“The enemy was firing mortars, and the mine explosions were getting closer. The attack aircraft continued to hunt the enemy in the middle of the battlefield — in a populated area infested with Russians,” the caption to the video reads.

On September 15, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Andriivka, Donetsk region, had been liberated.

The village was recaptured as a result of coordinated assault operations. The Russians suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment: the 72nd brigade of Russian troops was completely destroyed.
