Kadyrov's Plane Spotted Over Moscow

Kadyrov's Plane Spotted Over Moscow
RAMZAN KADYROV

Although, it could fly without the Chechen leader on board.

Amid rumours that Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov died on Sunday, September 17, his plane was spotted over Moscow.

Earlier it was reported that Kadyrov’s plane had been in the capital of the Russian Federation for the last three days - since September 15. However, according to the VChK-OGPU project, the plane headed to Grozny (the capital of the Chechen Republic) on the evening of September 17.

“Ramzan Kadyrov’s plane took off from Moscow towards Grozny on Sunday evening. The transceiver of the plane was turned off over Makhachkala,” the message reads.

According to the flight tracking service, the plane of the Chechen leader left Moscow airspace at 19.45 (local time). Half an hour earlier, two unidentified helicopters were also seen over the capital of the Russian Federation: they flew from the Kremlin to the Vnukovo airport. “They [the helicopters - Ed.] stayed in the latter for no more than a couple of minutes,” the VChK-OGPU clarified.

“Perhaps this is somehow connected with what is happening now at the Central Clinical Hospital, and important Kremlin bigshots urgently headed to Grozny. Therefore, Kadyrov’s plane RA-73417 flew without turning on the transceiver,” the project wrote.

It is reported that Kadyrov's plane first revealed its location near Astrakhan (at approximately 21:15 over Kalmykia). This was probably a necessary measure since the aircraft signal must be turned on by default in connection with nearby military airports. Further, Kadyrov’s plane flew along the Caspian Sea “secretly”- with the transceiver turned off. It was turned on again at approximately 22:00, while descending in the Makhachkala area.

“This flight path is used for landing at the Grozny airport. If Kadyrov was not on board, then it is possible that someone from the Kremlin arrived there on his plane,” the VChK-OGPU said.
