The Stryker armored vehicles, Marder infantry fighting vehicles and MaxxPro armored personnel carriers made the breakthrough.
Ukrainian heavy equipment for the first time overcame the Russian fortifications of the first Surovikin Line near the village of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.
OSINT analysts write about this and draw a conclusion from the published video of Russian attacks on Ukrainian heavy vehicles.
It follows from the video geolocated by the imi (m) Twitter account that heavy vehicles for the first time overcame the anti-vehicle ditch and the Dragon’s Teeth in this direction, writes George Barros.

As noted by military analyst Rob Lee, Stryker armored vehicles, Marder infantry fighting vehicles and MaxxPro armored personnel carriers passed the defence line.
Mr Barros noted that the Ukrainian armors in the video were most likely driving along a country road, which apparently was preserved during the construction of the ditch and the laying of the Dragon’s Teeth line.
This probably indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could defeat the Russian defence in this area, the expert adds.
The advancement of Ukrainian heavy vehicles in this area is a significant development of the situation at the front, Rob Lee said.
Ukrainian forces are likely preparing for a new offensive, Mr Barros said.
Ukrainian troops overcame the defences near the Ukrainian village of Verbove for the first time at the end of August.
In early September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to widen the gap in Russian defences.
