Lukashenka Appoints New Head Of Vitebsk

The dictator also named new general directors of several state-owned enterprises.

Lukashenka held a “personnel day” on September 25. Vitebsk, a number of districts, as well as several enterprises received new bosses, according to the dictator’s press service.

Yury Horlau became Lukashenka’s new assistant in the Homel region.

In addition, Lukashenka ordered new posts for:

- Henadz Sabynich - Сhairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, member of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee;

- Siarhei Siamionychau – Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee;

- Aleh Makarevich – Chairman of the Sianno District Executive Committee;

- Uladzimir Bialou – Chairman of the Ivatsevichy District Executive Committee;

- Uladzimir Rafalovich – Chairman of the Gantsavichy District Executive Committee;

- Dzmitry Shynkarenka – Chairman of the Karma District Executive Committee;

- Dzmitry Chyhir – Chairman of the Drybin District Executive Committee;

- Aleh Korsak – CEO at the Management Company of the Bobruiskagromash Holding JSC;

- Raman Trubitski – CEO at Management Company of the Lidselmash Holding OJSC;

- Viktar Halanau – Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection;

- Uladzimir Naumovich – Deputy Minister of Economy;

- Aliaksei Heroeu – Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (issues of construction, housing and communal services);

- Ihar Kuzniatsou – Executive Officer of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
