Sinking Of Russian Corvette Tarantul In Sevastopol: Satellite Imagery

Details of the “secret” operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have become known.

The Russian Tarantul-class corvette in Sevastopol could be sunk at the end of December 2023. Satellite images from the scene of the incident were shown online.

The international intelligence community InformNapalm checked and confirmed information about the sinking of the Project 205P ship Tarantul.

“Taking into account the comparative analysis of satellite images and data from InformNapalm HUMINT sources in Sevastopol, the sinking of the ship probably occurred on December 29-30,” the report says.

Thus, on December 29, information about explosions appeared on social media, but the occupiers did not provide any official comments. At the same time, local residents reported that the explosions in the center of Sevastopol were “so strong that the glass in the windows was shaking.”

“Thus, on December 29-30, the Ukrainian Armed Forces probably carried out a successful attack in the waters of Sevastopol,” experts indicated.

Earlier, the partisans of the Atesh movement reported that during the reconnaissance of ships in Sevastopol (they discovered the sunken border patrol ship of Project 205P “Tarantul” https://charter97.org/ru/news/2024/1/19/579993/). The ship is located at the pier of Grafskay Bay. Previously, this ship was actually stolen from Ukraine by the occupiers in 2014.
