As Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky commented, sooner or later it had to happen. "After the imposition of sanctions, Russian planes started to face mechanical breakdowns and made emergency landings almost every week. This plane was the first one that fell. There were 6 people on board. It was a charter flight in the interests of Gazprom. Apparently, some VIPs died," journalists suggested.
