Belarusian Throws Firecracker Under Policemen's Feet

SOBR officers detained a 21-year-old guy, who had allegedly thrown a firecracker under the feet of policemen. The young man was detained at a petrol station.

In the video he says his name is Daniil Drazdovich. When asked why he was detained, the guy says that he threw a firecracker under the feet of a police officer and drove away.
