The drone attacked the Scientific Production Association (SPA) Splav defence plant in the Russian city of Tula, the ASTRA Telegram channel reports, citing its sources.

According to their information, the UAV hit the roof of the plant's warehouse.

The plant was attacked on November 26, 2022.

The JSC SPA Splav is a defence industry plant that manufactures the Grad, Smerch, Uragan, Damba, Ogon and Udav multiple-launch rocket systems.

The company was founded in 1945. It is part of the holding of the Rostec State Corporation.
