Important Facility Responsible For Russian Nuclear Strikes Freezes Near Moscow

The command centre was left without heating.

For almost a week now, residents of Moscow Region settlements and towns have been living without heating in freezing temperatures of up to -28 degrees Celsius.

The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel, close to the Russian security forces, reports that in Solnechnogorsk, half of the town has been left without heating, the families of military special forces in Vystrel, Timonovo and Solnechnogorsk-7 base are freezing. The latter is a military camp serving the command centre, the so-called "Kvadrat".

It is here that the missile warning system's units are on duty around the clock, "all information from the ground and comic echelons of the missile warning system flows here, and it is here that the decision to launch a nuclear retaliatory strike is executed.
