Car With Probably Russian Military Personnel Inside Exploded In Luhansk Center

A UAZ was blown up on Oboronnaya Street.

On the afternoon of October 18, a car exploded in the center of temporarily occupied Luhansk, in which there could have been military personnel. This was reported by the Astra publication.

“The UAZ and another passenger car were damaged. The reasons are unknown. Local publics claim that there were military personnel in the UAZ,” the report says.

At the same time, the Telegram channel “Mash na Donbase” noted that the explosion occurred near the cultural center on Oboronnaya Street.

It is also reported that Oboronnaya Street was blocked off after the incident.

“The driver from the wrecked car near the Stroiteley Community Center in Luhansk was taken away by ambulance,” the report says.
