First Time Ever: Ukrainian Armed Forces Report Record-Breaking Defeat Of Russian Troops

The details were revealed by the speaker of the OTG “Kharkiv”.

The situation in the Kharkiv direction of military operations remains difficult. The Russians have intensified offensive operations in the area of the city of Vovchansk. In particular, during the assault on the aggregate plant, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a significant number of occupiers. This was reported on the air of Apostrophe TV by speaker of the OTG “Kharkiv” Vitaly Sarantsev.

According to him, on September 30, during the Russian counteroffensive in Vovchansk, the enemy attracted 20 units of equipment and more than 100 personnel.

“The equipment was destroyed or damaged. And also very significant losses were inflicted on the enemy's manpower. Today, he also continues assault operations, but is reducing the intensity of offensive operations both in Vovchansk itself and in nearby settlements,” he noted.

Sarantsev noted that such a large number of Russian occupiers were destroyed in one assault in the Vovchansk direction for almost the first time.

“At least during my stay here, for the first time the number of dead on the enemy side exceeded the number of wounded. That is, this indicates that the fire damage was very powerful, the enemy did not even have time to evacuate the wounded. That is, these people were doomed. They all died. More than 135 occupiers were killed yesterday precisely on the approaches to the aggregate plant, where they tried to advance on equipment under the cover of heavy armored vehicles,” said Sarantsev.

According to him, such a number of enemy personnel and armored vehicles were hit by artillery, FPV drones.

“The enemy simply had no chance,” he said.

The military man noted that the loss of the Vovchansk aggregate plant has a primarily symbolic meaning for the Russians. However, the occupiers began to more actively use various types of weapons — from artillery and heavy flamethrower systems to guided aerial bombs.
