Kazakhstan Extradites Kyrgyz Citizen To Belarus

He is accused of murder.

Kazakhstan will extradite a Kyrgyz citizen accused of murder in Minsk to Belarus. The corresponding request of the Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus was satisfied by the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan.

The Kyrgyz citizen is accused of murder with particular cruelty committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (paragraph 6 and paragraph 15, part 2, article 139 of the Criminal Code). According to the case materials, the accused attacked the victim in Minsk and caused him "multiple bodily injuries, resulting in his death," the Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus reports.

The criminal case is being handled by the Main Investigative Department of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
