Unknown persons have shot a lorry in Chechnya, in which there were Rosgvardiya servicemen. One person was killed and at least one more became the ‘300th’.
The incident occurred yesterday, October 24, around 12:00 in the area of Stanitsa Petropavlovskaya, not far from Grozny.
Information about the shooting was first reported by the opposition Chechen channel of NIYSO, which even posted footage from the scene of the shooting, Dialogue.UA reported.
It is still unknown who attacked the Ural-4320 lorry, how many attackers there were and where they fled to.
The motive is also unknown.
Pictures of the body of one of the dead, as well as the documents of two more Rosgvardiya officers, have appeared on the web. Some Russian public pages write that there may be two people wounded.
