Putin Has Revealed His Weakness

Analysts have pointed out “putting a good face on a bad game”.

Vladimir Putin is actively creating the illusion of successes of the Russian army in the Kursk region in order to demonstrate control of the situation.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) drew attention to the fact that the Kremlin dictator, for example, twice repeated the thesis about the alleged encirclement of “2 thousand Ukrainian soldiers” in the Kursk region.

In response, the ISW cited as an example the words of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky, who not only refuted the disinformation of the Kremlin dictator, but also pointed out that Russia lost more than 17.8 thousand soldiers in the Kursk region in three months.

“Putin's attempt to explain Russia's inability to repel the invasion of the Kursk region,” ISW emphasized.
