Already at 03:05, information appeared that drones had attacked the Rostov Region. According to the regional governor, air defence forces allegedly repelled the attack and destroyed 4 UAVs.

At the same time, at 04:05, Russian media reported a drone attack on the Smolensk Region.

A few minutes later, information also appeared that as a result of the drone attack at Sheremetyevo Airport, which is one of the main airports in Moscow, the "Carpet" plan was introduced. However, the restrictions were in effect for only 40 minutes.

According to a statement from the Russian MoD, on the night of October 30, 23 UAVs were allegedly destroyed.

"Including 7 UAVs destroyed over the territory of the Rostov Region, 5 over the territory of the Kursk Region, 4 over the Smolensk Region, three over the territories of the Oryol and Bryansk Regions, and 1 over the territory of the Belgorod Region," the statement says.

Note that the department did not write about the downing of drones in the Moscow Region.
