Unexpected 'Wonders' With Queues At The Belarusian-Polish Border

Drivers are surprised.

The queues at the Belarusian-Polish border have practically disappeared. The road from Minsk to Warsaw by car today takes 12 hours. Of these, travelers will spend (only) five hours to cross both borders, reports Euroradio.

"Winders in these times," writes one of the drivers in a chat where they discuss crossing the borders of Belarus with the EU. Others say they spent about seven hours at the border. And this is still not much compared to the days that they had to stand in the waiting area just a month ago.

It's even faster in the opposite direction. On Sunday morning, October 6, drivers spent only an hour at customs and border control first in Terespol, and then in Brest.

Buses cross the border more slowly. In the Polish direction this today takes about 11 hours, in the Belarusian direction – about 6 hours.
