Lavrov To Armenian Foreign Minister: Are There Quadrobers In Your Country?

A strange question from a Russian minister.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, during a conversation with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, asked whether there are quad bikes in the republic.

“Are there quadrobers in your country? Children are dressing up as dogs. This is one of the most important news items. They walk like animals,” Lavrov noted.

Mirzoyan confirmed that he was aware of the quadrobers movement and called it new.
