Early in the morning of November 21, at 5:17, Russia attacked Dnipro with intercontinental ballistics, and two hours later with Kh-101 cruise missiles.

Even yesterday, the Russian media announced strikes on Ukraine with the help of a new missile, which was promised to be launched from the territory of Astrakhan region.

Later, footage appeared on the Net, on which you can see at least 6 fly-ins of combat parts of the Rubezh ICBM.

According to an international treaty, countries that have ICBMs are obliged to warn of an impending strike. It is possible that this is why all foreign embassies in Ukraine raised panic yesterday.

Experts say that such missiles must be shot down before it drops its warheads. Otherwise, air defence systems will have to shoot down each of the 6 blocks separately. The problem is that the enemy can make only one block operational and the other five are decoys, but the air defence systems would have to spend missiles on all 6 blocks.

A critical infrastructure facility and one of Dnipro's enterprises were hit. A rehabilitation centre for people with disabilities, private houses and garages were also hit. Two people were injured: a man and a woman.

The missiles of the Rubezh, Topol and Yars types are designed to launch a nuclear strike.
