Discussion in the West of the possibility of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine is “absolutely irresponsible.”

This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Reuters reports.

Last week, the New York Times reported that some Western officials suggested that US President Joe Biden could transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine.

Peskov said that the comments were attributed only to anonymous sources, and those who made them do not feel “an ounce of responsibility.” The West should listen carefully to Vladimir Putin, he said.
