Everyone was sitting gloomy at the meeting in the Kremlin.
Vladimir Putin has announced the mass production of ‘Oreshnik’ missiles. According to the dictator, Russia can allegedly produce 25 systems per month, but such statements resemble just another ‘arms rattling’.
Ivan Stupak, a former SSU officer, pointed out on the air of Channel 24 that the Kremlin head had previously assured that Oreshnik was already in production. Now he said that the occupiers are currently at the stage of the beginning of production.
Belarusian dictator Aliaksandr Lukashenka's words that Putin would hand over Oreshnik to the Belarusians in January 2025 don't fit into the general picture. If the Russians really had an established production of missiles, there would be no need to wait until January.
Experts from the missile industry are convinced that these are actually old developments, drawings of design bureaus, which were simply presented to the head of the Kremlin. Budget funds were spent on them and they were presented as something extremely powerful and new.
‘A few days after the first use of the Oreshnik, Putin was sitting with his inner circle. Alexei Dyumin, the Secretary of the State Council, and the Minister of Defence were there too. Putin was telling everyone how cool the weapon was. However, for some reason there was no joy on the faces of those present,’ said Ivan Stupak.
On the contrary, everyone was sitting gloomy, and the reason may be that the closest circle knows about the true characteristics of the ‘new’ missile. It is quite possible that they have once again created the right picture for Putin and now they are worried that he will not find out about it.
Moreover, the US has weapons that are capable of intercepting this type of missile. We are talking about THAAD systems, which the United States has already transferred to 5 countries.
