Employee Of Newly Established Criminal Intelligence Department Tried For 'Treason'

The department filed a lawsuit for causing property damage.

On December 19, the Minsk City Court will begin hearing the case against 35-year-old Aliaksandr Kudrevich, who is accused under Part 3 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist group) and Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code (treason committed by an official holding a responsible position or a person who has the status of a military serviceman).
